Punta Arenas

I knew this much, somewhere south of those snow covered mountains is Ushuaia, the southernmost city on this planet, and that I would be there soon.

This bird is known as an Antarctic Shag. There are others, but this is the only one with the red tuft on his beak, also his crest is larger and shaped different, too.

Don't ask. I know nothing. I just like taking pictures and this wrecked pier, one of two, was a fun subject for me to photograph.

Anyone landing with this crowd below had better be good, very careful, or tough. The ones already down rarely appreciate it.
